5. How long will delivery take to the UK? Most UK orders arrive within 2–3 weeks. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

6. What if something is wrong with my order? If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at mystorems7@gmail.com. Once inspected, your refund will be issued as a non-expiring store credit (digital gift card) — valid on any future order at MYSTOREMS. Store credit is processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Can I machine wash it? Yes — use a gentle cycle with cold water and it'll stay looking fresh wash after wash.
